I called this office crying my eyes out trying to find help for my pug puppy on one of the hardest days of my life...the sweet girls that answered the phone just sat there and listened to me and talked me through everything and told me what were the next steps going to be in order to get my baby fixed. My baby girl had to have an extensive leg surgery and I was so nervous. She was less than 5 pounds at the time and so helpless. After the successful head and neck surgery she was staying at their office for a few days....while she was there everyone would take their turns carrying my baby around and cuddling with her. You can tell every person at this office loves their job and truly cares for your baby like they were their own. I can not say enough about them and their compassion and knowledge. I travel 1.5 hours each way to bring my baby here and I would do it again (hopefully don't ever have too) in a heartbeat! Thank you all from the bottom of my heart for fixing my baby girls leg and giving her the chance to have a healthy and full life ahead of her! You guys are the absolute best from the front desk to the doctor himself! Thank you thank you thank you!!

The staff and Doctor was extremely nice and beyond helpful in discussing our options regarding our 11.5 yr old Chow Chow, Kona, localized and operable cancer. They were very understanding of our situation since Kona is our baby and went over everything in detail from start up to potential surgery. We will be getting a CT to ensure the cancer has not spread and then will be moving forward with surgery. I cannot thank our Dr. at Crossroads Veterinary Clinic in Newnan for the referral. Without their guidance, we would not have known where to begin. The facilities are brand new and state of the art. We were extremely impressed with the way we were treated and none of the staff or doctor were afraid to handle Kona, a chow chow....a breed that often gets the misnomer of a bully or mean breed. Surgical is going to be several thousand dollars but since she is our only child (I cannot have children) no cost is too much to save her life. If you have a pet that is like your child, I would absolutely recommend taking them here and having them evaluated! We've used Auburn with our other Chows and have not had successful outcomes. This doctor has given us hope that we can beat this cancer and give Kona another 4 or more wonderful years....which means we can take her with us on all kinds of adventures! I can't thank everyone there for giving us the hope we needed in a very dark time! ❤️🐾

First, my pup is doing great thanks to their care which is much appreciated. Their level of customer service and communication skills are unsurpassed. They kept us in the loop throughout the process and followed up with us several times after we brought Odie (our pup) home. Clean beautiful facility, staffed by a skilled caring team, truly I wish I could give them more than 5 stars!

Doctor Wayne is the best! My furbaby has had 2 successful TPLO surgeries here and is doing great! The expectations and instructions are set out clearly, and the staff is always available to answer any questions you have both pre - and post surgery. The only negative is the wait time to be seen. Sometimes, we are there for over an hour before we get seen, but overall, it is worth it even with the hour and a half drive it takes me to get there. The long wait time is the only reason for 4 stars vs 5.

Beyond impressed with Dr. Wayne and his staff. They were all so kind and gentle with my dog and explained to me thoroughly what was going on and what to expect after surgery. I can’t recommend enough! Super excited for 2 months from now when my pup is fully healed. Thank you so much!

Can't say enough good about this place or Dr. Wayne and his staff. Our lil Ruston had a terrible break and locally we were told without a specialist, he would lose his leg. The next morning we drove 2 hours to see Dr. Wayne. Even though he was booked for weeks, he took Ruston in and said he would get him fixed up. 14 Screws ,5 lag bolts, a plate and a rod later and today only 5 weeks into his 8 week recovery he is walking perfectly. Was walking the first week though he has to be crated because as Doc said he doesn't realize he is still very fragile. The staff calls and asked about him on occasion as we still have a few more visits before his release. Dr. Wayne has a nature about him that you can tell he really does enjoy what he is doing. What he has done for us and our lil (80lb Catahoula) Ruston has been wonderful. Is it expensive? Yes, but the aftercare and before care and the absolute peace of mind knowing you're dealing with a person who knows what they are doing is priceless. He goes into great detail to explain everything, from the injury, to the fix, to the detail price list. Nothing is a shock and the care and compassion your animal will receive is unrivaled. It has been worth every penny to see Ruston have a chance at a full complete life again at only 8 months of age. 5 Stars and would highly recommend to anyone who God help them needs specialist care.

We had a great experience with Dr. Wayne and all of his staff. Our Wheaten Terrier needed TPLO on both knees. He was miserable and unable to get around--we carried him up and down the stairs to even go to the bathroom. We had the first knee done in January(23) and the second one done in Apr(23). Even just doing the first leg made a huge difference in our dog's quality of life. We followed the post care directions to a "t" and everything turned out great--the second knee was a bit harder to get back to "normal" but I was told this would be the case from the beginning. I recommend investing in a lick sleeve unless you want to deal with a cone for 2-3 weeks. Now our dog is back to doing his twice daily walks, with longer walks on the weekends or as our schedule allows. I highly recommend this practice. They explain everything thoroughly, are great with follow up, and all the staff are just lovely. Thanks again, Dr. Wayne!
